How should I store my liqueurs?
We recommend storing our liqueurs at room temperature in a dark place (e.g. liquor cabinet). It is not necessary to store in the refrigerator or freezer -- this can cause crystals to form at the bottom of the bottle.
We recommend storing our ready-to-drink cocktails in the refrigerator. They are best served chilled.
Oops, I stored my liqueurs in the fridge and crystals formed. What should I do?
Don't worry! Just leave your liqueur out at room temperature for 5-7 days and the crystals should dissolve. This shouldn't have any impact on flavor or quality.
How many net carbs are in your product?
The TTB doesn't allow us to state "net carbs" for any of our products. We encourage you to research the definition of "net carbs" commonly used in the food industry and note that our products are sweetened with sugar alcohols plus a small amount of sugar (1.3g per serving).
Why is there sediment at the bottom of my Coffee Liqueur and Espresso Martini?
Our coffee liqueur is made with real arabica coffee, so a small amount of sediment is to be expected.
Is there caffeine in your Coffee Liqueur or Espresso Martini?
Yes, since both are made with real coffee, they both contain caffeine. The caffeine content for Coffee Liqueur is approximately 35mg per 1.5 fl oz and the Espresso Martini is approximately 20mg per 1.5 fl oz. By comparison, a short (8 fl oz) Featured Dark Roast at Starbucks is 130mg total.
